We prepare each of these dishes in Lahore Karahi and so, should you be in doubt, contact one of our staff to help you choose which one is the best for, based on your preference.

If you don’t like spice Why not think about the korma? The chicken kormas are among the most mild of curries. A korma is a lightly spiced, creamy dish that is made of cream or yoghurt, and other spices like ginger and coriander.

Biryani dishes are wonderful choices for those who aren’t looking to get too spicy , but prefer something that has a bit more spice than the korma. It’s a tasty dish typically served with saffron-infused flavoured rice. It also includes spiced marinated meat and caramelized onions. The dish is classified as being a medium form of curry, so it shouldn’t blow your socks off overly!
